Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or compromised in any way, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are here to help make things right.

To Request a Refund or Store Credit:

  1. Report the Issue: Please contact us at butterthanjam@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage.

  2. Review Process: Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and determine the appropriate course of action. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.

  3. Resolution: If your request is approved, we will send you a replacement for the damaged item(s) at no additional cost. In certain cases, at our discretion, a refund to the original payment method may be offered.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we understand that situations vary, and we encourage you to contact us if you experience delivery issues. We will do our best to assist you.

  • Shipping Errors: If we make a mistake with your order, such as sending the wrong item or omitting an item from your order, please contact us immediately so we can correct our mistake at no additional cost to you.
